Ordering Process

If you are a patient interested in doing the SIBO test:

• Let your provider know they can Register at sibocenter.com to receive order forms and information about SIBO testing for patients.

If you are a provider interested in offering the test to your patients:

• Please register with us online at sibocenter.com
• The kit will be shipped directly to the patient for home collection upon receipt of the patient’s online payment.
• The SIBO Center must have an order from the provider to ship a kit.
